Work Club Wellbeing – Yoga and Meditation Introduction

Mindfulness and wellbeing have never been more important than now. This is why we have teamed up with Work Club member and Australia’s longest-serving teacher and yoga educator Mark Breadner to bring you a weekly Yoga and Meditation session. Kicking off next Friday 24th April, sessions will take place every Friday at 3pm.
