An Open Desk membership (sometimes called a hot desk) gives you flexible, fully inclusive access to shared workspaces, lounges, Meeting Rooms and concierge services, where you use any available desk. A Dedicated Desk gives you your own personal desk in a shared area for everyday consistency, plus all the same amenities and member benefits.

No. Work Club is a members community built around continuity and meaningful professional connections, so we don't offer day passes. If you'd like to experience the space, our team would be glad to arrange a private visit and talk you through the membership options that suit how you work.

Your membership includes access to shared workspaces and club lounges, monthly meeting room credits, fast internet, onsite cafés and bars, phone booths, wellness areas, end of trip facilities, modern kitchens (with complimentary tea, coffee and fruit) and hotel style concierge support. You'll also have access to Florence Guild Presents events, with Florence Guild Wellness sessions included on select memberships.

Memberships can't be cancelled before the end of the term, so you're committed for the full length of your agreement. If you need more flexibility, we offer terms as short as one month at certain locations and membership types. Speak with your Club Manager if your circumstances change.

Yes, you're welcome to host clients or partners in the space. Just let your Club Manager or Concierge know in advance so we can manage security and member comfort. You can also bring guests into the Club Lounge or book a meeting room; note that only registered members can work from the member areas.

Some memberships have a minimum term of one month, while others have a minimum commitment of 12 months.
