Front of House Concierge

You’re a loveable, generous, patient and professional individual who is highly organised and detail orientated.

But you are this and more.  You are not your typical concierge that sits behind a desk all day answering the phone. Our ideal concierge is interested and interesting.  They are bubbly, authentic and light up the room. They are proactive, full of energy and always do their best at every task. This person is someone you can trust that will always deliver and give your guests and clients the best experiences.

Valhalla Head Bartender

We are looking for an experienced bartender & supervisor – a master communicator who has the ability to build rounds while carrying on a conversation, and the leadership skills to guide others in doing so as well.  You are comfortable behind the bar, on the floor, and in the washroom – you understand that leaders lead from the front.

You have experience in high volume cocktail bars and a strong understanding of classics, a passion for local/native produce and producers, and a love for Aussie spirits and products.  You have the know-how to make a locally sourced quandong and wattleseed shrub cocktail, and the wisdom to know that you probably shouldn’t.  We’re looking for someone who has a tireless focus on delivering an experience that aligns with the Work Club values and its highly-engaging culture.

Valhalla Floor Staff

You’re an engaging, warm, professional & have an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be at the heart of Valhalla, welcoming guests, attending to tables, sharing menu knowledge and answer questions and fulfil special requests. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the space is kept to the highest standard, carrying out day to day tasks required by the Food & Beverage Manager.

You’re a creative individual with a passion for great service and quality. You’re an experienced barista who thrives within a fast-paced cafe environment. You will be responsible for serving locally roasted coffee within our SAGAS concept retail and cafe. You are clean, organised and efficient under pressure with a strong customer service focus (we value kindness and hospitality over latte art).

Valhalla Bartender

You’re an energetic self-starter who strives to continually improve customer satisfaction. You have high attention to detail and are passionate about delivering experiences to the highest standard.

We are looking for a bartender to join our team in Valhalla, our underground cocktail bar. You will assist the Front of House staff with day-to-day operations, prepare cocktails to a high standard and support event execution whilst ensuring compliance with all company policies, standards and procedures.
