Frequently Asked Questions

Every membership includes a monthly allocation of Meeting Room credits. Each credit equals one hour (0.5 for half an hour, 2 for two hours, and so on), and extra credits can be arranged through Concierge. If you aren't a member, Meeting Room hire is available on request, so contact our team for rates at your preferred Club.

No, Meeting Rooms can be hired by guests who aren't members, subject to availability. Members receive monthly Meeting Room credits as part of their membership, while guests can book on a casual basis. Contact our team to arrange a booking.

Yes. Meeting Rooms are booked by the hour (and half hour). Members book via the Work Club Connect app using their member login, with each credit equal to one hour of use.

It depends on the room. All Meeting Rooms come ready to use with fast internet and concierge support, and many also include a screen and AV for presentations and video calls. Catering and refreshments can be arranged on request, and our team can recommend the right room for what you need.

Yes. Our concierge team offers catering and beverage services for meetings and events (up to 20 guests) so you can focus on the meeting. Just let Concierge know your requirements in advance.

Yes. Our Meeting Rooms are equipped for video calls and Zoom meetings with fast internet and AV, and we also have phone booths for quick private calls. Let Concierge know if you need anything set up.
