It’s time for capital growth – meet our new location

Since opening our first location in 2014, we have held the ethos that Work Club is for the leaders, innovators & creators of today and tomorrow. So, it brings us great pleasure to announce that emerging from what has been an incredibly challenging time for individuals and businesses throughout 2020 and 2021, Work Club is adding a new location and we look forward to welcoming the new Canberra community to our space at Two24 Bunda St.

Launching in November 2021, our new site is the 5th in our portfolio, being launched in partnership with QIC at the prestigious 224 Bunda St, right in the heart of Civic Quarter, and adjacent to the Canberra Centre shopping precinct – with direct access (via footbridge) from the car park to the building.

Overlooking Glebe park, on Level 12, Work Club boasts a variety of spaces & flexible membership options ranging from boutique suites through to floating desks.

Members, tenants and the public, will be able to get freshly brewed coffee via the SAGAS Café on the Ground floor – which will also operate as a breakout area for Level 1, as well additional spaces designed for members to sit & work.

Level 1, meanwhile, has been transformed into Two24Conferencing by Work Club. There are 11 beautifully appointed meeting rooms, board rooms & conference and training facilities, all with state-of-the-art technology & sensational catering for all types of functions & events – from all-day conferences to board meetings, from cocktail functions to small team breakout sessions.

In a coup for Canberra, we have partnered with Samsung to become the first workplace in Australia to house Samsung’s 110in ‘The Wall’ screens. Equipped with the latest Cisco video conferencing technology for next-generation virtual and hybrid meetings, Two24Conferencing is home to the country’s most cutting-edge presentation and collaboration tools.

The space features Australian-designed & contemporary bespoke furniture (such as the Bilgola collection by Adam Goodrum), as well as one of a kind EOOS Crosshatch seating & unparalleled craftsmanship in the Eames Lounge Chairs.

Through an exclusive collaboration with lauded Canberra restaurant, INKA, we will be providing a number of catering packages for Two24 Conferencing, as well as some special menus & restaurant dining benefits for Work Club members.

We are excited to be working with QIC Global Real Estate who are committed to injecting new energy into the Canberra CBD. It is the aim of our partnership that all attendees to the 224 Bunda St building, including tenants & their guests, feel a sense of community and belonging – extending beyond the Work Club members and guests.

“Work Club is not a flex, coworking or technology company, but rather a new category of human connection curation within the property sector that leverages all the functional elements of office, F&B, concierge, technology etc. We deliver a ‘human ecosystem’ that drives a value proposition centred around community, connection, belonging, networking, space enhancement, increased productivity & collaboration, business creativity stimulation, personalisation, experience and identity in a dynamic and fluid manner; all leading to an amplification of yield and value captured through efficiencies and economies of scale – the future of office.” – Soren Trampedach, CEO and Founder Work Club
