We love telling our story… but we love it more when our members share their experience of Work Club. Write your next chapter with us.
There’s two things I like most about working at Work Club. Firstly, I like the diversity of the people. I love working and meeting lots of different people doing different things. I think that’s a really big benefit of Work Club. I also like the aesthetic of Work Club, it’s a beautiful place to work. It’s not a typical laminate office space that’s a bit boring.
I’ve been across a range of different shared workspaces. The thing that really marks out Work Club is that they understand that they are running a people business. People businesses are the hardest to replicate as they rely on staff behaving in similar ways. Which means hiring people is difficult and you have to be really, really good at it. I’m really impressed with how people are hired here to replicate that model. If I go to another Work Club the same helpful friendliness is there.
Work Club is like my second home. There’s a couch there is a bar. There’s a concierge that knows what I like. The space has a touch of class but it’s a homey style. All the other offices I worked in were a bit stiff and were trying to portray a look. That’s not me. Work Club is a place where I come and feel relaxed. I sit on the couch, look at the park, have my coffee. I feel at home and I love it.
