We are thrilled to introduce our Work Club members to a fortnightly wellness series featuring Trish Devereux, wellness expert and founder of High Health Club.
Breathwork is a powerful tool that provides us with a sense of control, enabling us to consciously impact our state of being. This technique has been practiced for centuries across different religions, countries, and belief systems. Today, breath work is gaining more popularity due to the scientific research supporting its benefits. Proper breathing techniques can positively impact our physiology, while poor breathing habits can be detrimental to our health and wellbeing.
