An uplifting, narrative-driven guide that will turn your midlife transition into a midlife transformation. Not at mid-life yet? It’s still a really relevant conversation for women of all ages.

The book is designed to help you feel less stressed and overwhelmed by changes in your midlife, the discussions and actionable steps in the book will sketch out your new possibilities.

The book itself contains seven chapters including mid-life women today, reimagining your next chapter, purpose, and how to experiment with a Full Time Life. Join us as we discuss a treasure trove of ideas and how to tap into your strengths, reconnect with your communities, build new ones and rediscover a keen sense of purpose.

Supreme Court members & team have been cheering Nat on her book writing and publishing marathon for the past year. The Work Club Community and ecosystem have contributed to the inception, research, writing, design and promotion of her new book ‘Art of Full Time Living: Design a Meaningful and Connected Life’.
Notable acknowledgements are Club Manager, Ken Andrews, who introduced Nat to Jaqui Lane, who quickly became her book (and life!) coach, helping to publish the book in less than a year. Other acknowledgements are members Richard Whiteoak and Kristine Lindjberg who joined the design journey. Kristine has captured the essence of Nat’s words in full technicolour glory through the stunning line drawings and graphics throughout the book.
Barangaroo members have also been involved. Rachel McClennan, CEO of People for Purpose, is one of the 20 women profiled in the book. Kan Huang and his Social Waves digital marketing team are tasked with raising targeted awareness about the book.
