Where Mirvac will be providing a smart building from a technology and infrastructure perspective, Work Club will deliver a smart building from a people perspective.

Our pro-working philosophy is built on freedom of movement, curiosity of mind and courage of spirit to encourage coworking in Melbourne’s CBD region. We believe in building connected human ecosystems to deliver meaningful encounters and conversations; creating a home for members to thrive.

Our private suites & shared workspaces in Melbourne occupy the 3 Olderfleet Heritage buildings, which were built from 1887 to1889 displaying varying Gothic and Romanesque Victorian architecture. Celebrating this heritage, and drawing on Scandinavian design principles, our fit-out draws upon functionality, beauty and simplicity. Flexible workspaces and additional private suites can be found on Level 35, complete with spectacular 360-degree views across Melbourne.
